Recipe: Mustard Sauce

I first made Mustard Sauce with Chicken but it is also good with Steak.   This recipe will make enough sauce for about four people.  

2 T oil 

  • Heat in a frying pan 

1 small onion, chopped

  • Add to pan

  • Fry until golden 

1 tablespoon mustard (hot)
2 tablespoons mustard with seeds

  • Add and mix well 

1 cup white wine (or half and half water and wine)

  • Add and cook until thickened 

250 ml cream

  • Add and cook until thickened 

100 grams butter or margarine

  • Add
  • Stir until dissolved
