Recipe: Chicken Soup
a lot of chicken
3 courgettes
4 carrots
celery
2 onion
7 garlic cloves
s+p
parsley
put chicken in pot
cover in water
bring to boil
throw out the water
Add fresh water covering the chicken plus a bit more
cook on low heat for 1 hour
scrim off froth as it cooks
Add veg
cook on low heat for another 30 min
Add s+p & parsley
serve
