Apricot Chicken (Jane Bray)

The original name was Jane's Apricot Special. Yum. Sauce should be rich and fruity - watch you don't dilute it too much.

3 medium Onions
3 cloves Garlic
8 Chicken pieces
olive oil

  • Brown.

1 teaspoon Onion or chicken stock stock/soup powder
[Optional] Water to dilute the stock
2 Cans apricots (fruit from both plus syrup from one)

  • Add.

  • Cover.

  • Bake 180° C for 50 min.

Cornflour mixed with a little water

  • Thicken sauce
