Galit's Chicken and Potato in the Oven

Galit bought some chicken and potato for Saturday lunch. I wasn't too inspired that day so Galit knocked up quite a tasty meal from her head.

  • Preheat oven to 190° C

800 grams Chicken drumsticks
1.5 kg potatoes
Olive oil 
Sea salt

  • Mix in an oven tray

Sweet chilli
Date Syrup

  • Pour over the chicken and potatoes to taste

2 teaspoons of onion soup mix or onion stock mix
1/2 cup of boiling water

  • Mix
  • Pour over the chicken and potato
  • Cook covered in oven for 30 minutes
  • Uncover
  • Cook uncovered in oven for 30 minutes
