Chicken with Mango Salsa

1 cooked chicken

  • Cut into large pieces.

1 medium (350g) mango chopped finely
1 small (80g) red onion, chopped finely
1 medium (250g) avocado, chopped finely
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt & pepper

  • Combine in a medium bowl and mix gently

  • Serve the chicken with the salsa, and salad if desired
