Fish with Tomato Sauce and Cheese Topping (Sue Dick)
Serve with salad and carbohydrate of choice (rice works for me).
Tomato pasta sauce
Make it any way you like or buy some.
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
½ cup grated cheese
Mix in a bowl for topping
1-2 tablespoons oil
Line grill pan and lightly brush with oil
750 g fish fillets ā skinned & boned
Arrange on pan.
Spoon on sauce.
Sprinkle with topping.
Grill for 10-15 minutes (not close to grill).
Serve immediately.
