Afghani Salad (Roqiah Akrami)
As with all my Afghani recipes, this one came from Roqiah.
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Celery
Fresh coriander (can replace with parsley and/or a tiny bit mint)
Natural yoghurt
Small amount white vinegar
Chop small like coleslaw.
Serve on big flat plate.
Serve in a bowl.
