3 small courgettes in ½ inch slices

1 shallot, chopped

2 tablespoons oil

  • Sauté

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt

Pepper

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

  • Add

  • Cook until tender

  • Chill to serve
