Makbuba - Cooked Capsicum and Tomato Salad (Marie Haviv)
Makbuba is frequently seen as an accompaniment at Saturday lunch in the Haviv household. I believe it is Tunisian in original.
3 cloves garlic, halved
Fry on high
3-4 capsicums in strips
3 tomatoes in segments
1 fresh chilli in strips
Salt
Add
Turn down and cover
Cook until dry
