10 minute Carrot Cake (Steven Thomas)

Easy and very fast.

Cake

2/3 cups oil
2 eggs

  • Beat

1 cup flour
¾ cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg

  • Add & blend

2 cups grated carrots
3/4 cups nuts

  • Stir in
  • Microwave medium/high for 10-12 minutes
  • Cool 10-15 minutes.

Cream cheese sauce

75 g cream cheese
75 g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Beat

1 cup sugar

  • Add.
  • Beat.
