Wheat Free Chocolate Cake

No flour!!

  • Preheat oven: 180 °C

6 egg yolks (reserve the egg whites)

1/3 cup sugar

100 grams butter, softened

  • Beat until fluffy and airy.

200 grams Chocolate,

  • Break into cubes

  • Melt in double boiler

  • Add to egg yolk mixture

  • Beat until smooth

100 grams ground nuts

  • Add to chocolate mixture

6 eggs whites

  • In a different bowl beat the egg whites

1/3 cup sugar

  • Gradually add to egg whites until firm

  • Fold into the chocolate mixture

  • Refrigerate half the mixture

  • Bake the other half at 180 °C for 30 minutes.

  • Spread the refrigerated half on top of the hot half

  • Refrigerate again.
