Wheat Free Chocolate Cake
No flour!!
Preheat oven: 180 °C
6 egg yolks (reserve the egg whites)
1/3 cup sugar
100 grams butter, softened
Beat until fluffy and airy.
200 grams Chocolate,
Break into cubes
Melt in double boiler
Add to egg yolk mixture
Beat until smooth
100 grams ground nuts
Add to chocolate mixture
6 eggs whites
In a different bowl beat the egg whites
1/3 cup sugar
Gradually add to egg whites until firm
Fold into the chocolate mixture
Refrigerate half the mixture
Bake the other half at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
Spread the refrigerated half on top of the hot half
Refrigerate again.
