Chocolate Icing

Conventional Chocolate Icing

2 cups icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • Sift into a bowl

1/4 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Add to sugar

About 2+ tablespoons hot water

  • Add enough water to make a spreadable consistency.

Real Chocolate Icing

200g chocolate (we use the Cadbury energy chocolate)

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-Marie (In a big dish pour boiling water, put another bowl in it containing the chocolate and let melt).

25g butter
1/2 cup cream

  • Add the butter and the cream

  • Mix until it thickens.

  • Let cool down, mix before using it.
