Beans Fried In Cheese (Wendy Evans)

Interesting. Serve with Spaghetti alla Putanesca.

Fresh/Frozen beans

  • Cook quickly, stop while still crunchy

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons grated cheese

  • Melt in pan

  • Turn up heat and throw in beans

  • Stir frantically

  • Throw out of pan after 3 minutes
