Falafel Mix

My excuse for having a recipe for a commercial falafel mixture is that Marie Haviv mixes in potato to give a different texture. However, the truth is the instructions on the packet were in Hebrew so I got them translated and typed them up.

Falafel mix (packet)
1/2 cup water
Small potato, grated (optional)

  • Mix

  • Leave for 7-10 minutes

  • Form balls

  • Fry in deep oil
