Blue Pasta (Sue Dempsey)
Yum. Very rich – once a year at most. The combination of blue cheese and lightly steamed fresh asparagrus is great.
1 Onion, chopped
Microwave for 2 min.
300 ml cream
100 g Blue cheese
Add.
Microwave for 2 min on high, then 6 min on medium.
Basil
Black pepper
Asparagrus, steamed
Fettuccine, cooked
