Feta Quiche (Galit Haviv-Thomas)
Good for a heavy main. Accompany with fresh salad. Note, it doesn't require salt 'cause of the Feta.
2 cups self-raising flour
175 grams salted butter
- chop the butter into the flour and mix until you get a nice dough
- flatten into a greased 26 cm quiche tin
250 grams Feta cheese
170 ml Sour Cream (small container)
250 grams Cottage Cheese
2 eggs
- Mix everything and pour on base
up to 250 grams of tasty cheddar cheese or Parmesan
- grate on top
- bake at 190° for 1 hour
