- New Zealand: Mostly related to 2 NZ Division in Italy; see River Sangro and Orsogna and Rimini Airfield
- France: Specifically the French Expeditionary Corps in Italy (CEF)
- Transjordan: Specifically the Transjordanian Arab Legion's activity of the Arab Legion in the British led Syrian campaign on 1941-42
